GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE, COCONUT COOKIES

Cookie time, these are so delicious and so easy to make.

Recipe: Makes around 6-8

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 30g equivalent 1 scoop Chocolate Kiyomee Vegan Protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Sift all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl

Place all wet ingredients into a bowl and whisk well

Add dry ingredients mix well, let it rest for a bit to thicken

With an ice-cream scoop, scoop cookie dough and press it down so it’s only half way for smaller cookies or you can use the entire scoop for larger ones

Place cookies on baking tray (with baking paper)

Bake on 170c for 10 min
